At 360 Trade Bom, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds or exchanges are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To request a refund or exchange, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur and are not considered defects.
Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the situation
